Danish Design
Denmark is noted for design: from fine silverware to furniture and innovative architecture. Danish Design is a difficult concept to describe with words, yet is immediately apparent to the viewer. It's sometimes described as Danish Functionalism, a style of functionalistic design and architecture that was influenced by the German Bauhaus school. The style developed in the mid 20th Century.
