Voergaard Castle Moat - Northern Jutland

Voergaard Castle (Voergård Slot) is a beautiful renaissance castle in Northern Jutland. The castle's oldest part dates to 1481, and the youngest in 1590. The castle has the widest moat in Denmark. The castle is home to some medieval paintings by Raphael, Rubens, Goya and El Greco. There are also some of Marie-Antoinette's personal furnishings.
